Certifiable
Just random musings. Nothing special meant to be written here, and likely nothing special will be. Just a place for me to hang my hat, and be something other than someone's wife, and someone's mom. Of course, I'll probably come off as certifiably insane, but hey, such is the price you pay for a little freedom.

I'm a married mother of three. I have two teenagers, which means that at any moment I am ready to be carted off in a pretty, wrap-around leather jacket. I have a dog whom I rescued from the local humane society. She's awesome. I am so enamored of her that I tend to talk about her a lot. Sorry, you know us goofy dog lovers! I work full time and am working towards a degree in IT. Life is busy, but in the long run it will be worth it (as long as I can remember my daughters' names, that is). I'm fairly well motivated politically, and lean shamelessly left. I'm of the opinion that the government should abolish any law that can't be enforced (like sodomy laws, what are they going to do, put cameras in every bedroom?) and that no law should be on the books which limits behavior between consenting adults. That includes homosexuality and gay marriage.
